Returns Policy
We want you to be very happy with anything you purchase from groom but we appreciate there may be circumstances in which you would like to cancel an order or need to return purchases once they have arrived.
We will accept returns of unopened and unused purchases within 14 days of date of purchase providing they are returned with the original receipt. In this circumstance we will fully refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges, to the original payment method.
In circumstances where your order is incomplete or incorrect or there are faults with the items we will provide a full refund, including delivery charges, to the original payment method.
We will not accept refunds for any opened colour cosmetics or fragrances, any worn clothing or used accessories, and any skincare that is more than 20% used.
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you are also legally allowed to cancel your order within seven working days of having received your purchase and receive a full refund, excluding delivery charges. In order to do so you must let us know in writing that you wish to return your order and items must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition.
