Errors

Every effort is made to keep our site up to date and error free but we cannot accept responsibility for errors that may occur. In the event an error does occur that affects your order we will let you know as soon as possible. You will then have the option to confirm the order at the correct price, change your order or cancel it. In the event we cannot contact you we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally we are out of stock of an item ordered. If we are not going to be able to dispatch the item within 3 days we will contact you to advise on the situation. Should you wish to change the order you can do so at that time.
