how to buy
The easiest way to purchase vouchers is through our secure shopping site. Vouchers can also be purchased by phone using debit or credit cards by calling +44 (0)20 7499 1198. You are also more than welcome to pop into either one or our salons and make a purchase in person.
Vouchers can be purchased for particular treatments or for any amount. Vouchers can be purchased online either directly from the voucher section of the site or by adding vouchers for particular treatments to your shopping basket from their relevant pages.
delivery and postage
Groom offers two delivery options to choose between depending on your particular requirements.
Standard Delivery
For voucher orders placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day and our standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class. You should allow 1-2 working days for the voucher to be delivered and regardless of order method a charge of £1.20 will be made.
Express Delivery
Express orders must be received by 12.00pm for delivery the next day before 12.30 pm. Please note that a signature is required at the destination.
The Express service is only available to customers on UK mainland and excludes the Scottish Highlands. Please note that any Express orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. This service is charged at £4.90 regardless of order method.
Although we do our very best to ensure all gift vouchers and products reach you as soon as possible, delivery times are dependent on national post and can therefore not be guaranteed.
If you have an urgent need for a voucher to be delivered on the same day we can arrange this within Central London. Please call 020 7499 1198 to speak to a member of the Customer Services Team.
gift wrapping and message
All gift vouchers are presented in a luxury Groom gift box.
If you are having a single voucher delivered straight to the recipient we can include a gift message for you. For online ordering there is a form for you to fill out when you go to the checkout.
We only have the facility to include one gift message per order so if you are ordering multiple vouchers we will leave all the message details blank for you to fill out when they arrive. redeeming gift vouchers
Groom Feel Fabulous Vouchers can be redeemed at either of our Groom salons, irrespective of where they have been purchased. Feel Fabulous Vouchers are only redeemable for treatments and cannot be used for product purchases either online or in store.
In order to redeem a voucher we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, as salons can be busy, especially if booking for peak times. Please inform us of your intention to redeem a voucher when booking an appointment. Please remember that our standard cancellation policy applies.
Gift Certificates are not refundable or returnable and unfortunately cannot be replaced if lost of stolen (damaged vouchers can be used as long as the serial number remains legible). They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
